Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all items within 48 hours (except Bank Holidays). Our normal postage is via Signed For® 2nd Class delivery service unless otherwise noted in the product description. If we have any issues with your order in terms of processing time we will contact you directly.

Please note, we are happy to ship to Europe, USA & Canada - shipping costs will be added during checkout (before placing order)

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If you cannot find it or are concerned about your order please don't hesitate to contact us at: support@lilysloft.co.uk

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lilys Loft. If you aren't entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Simply inform us by emailing support@lilysloft.co.uk then send it back to us within 14 days.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (with tags). The receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.

Once we have received your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above requirements.


Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will agree to pay all shipping costs if the reason for refund is a company error.
